Whenever I would step out of my comfort zone, I would spend many days focusing on everything that could go wrong until I scared myself into thinking I wasn’t capable to do it anyway.
Have you ever done this?
For me, it wasn’t a good feeling and all the nerves and scary feelings would last all day (sometimes multiple days).
But since I’ve started using this one tip, I’ve been able to change my perspective when doing things out of my comfort zone that seem scary.

I have been struggling with moving on from a relationship which was not building on but also plans for relocating to a new state. Through it all i am trusting God’s divine purpose for my life.
